Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all living spaces. You'll also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit laundry and a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional counter seating for casual meals. The condo has all your beach needs! A beach cart, 4 beach chairs, a cooler bag, ice packs, sand toys, a frisbee and a soft football. 5 jumbo beach towels are also available. Beyond the condo, guests can take advantage of the fantastic community amenities. You'll have access to three sparkling pools, one is heated, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. For those looking to stay active, the property offers tennis courts and pickleball courts, available for your use. The beach is just a short walk away, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun and surf. I will say, adults can easily walk to the beach. It is about a 15 minute walk, about 3/4 mile. Walk east towards The Back Porch and there is a sign for beach access right as you get to the restaurant, as well as just past the restaurant. If you have small kids or want to drive, I would recommend driving east for 2 lights on HWY 98 and turn right on Restaurant Row to find parking or going to Henderson State Park Beach. Tons of parking available. Parking is readily available at the condo and you'll have the freedom to come and go as you please, making it easy to explore all that Destin has to offer.
