Come stay in our newly renovated condo with stunning Gulf Views! Located in the heart of Destin and just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and many other attractions. The space Our recently remodeled 1,150 square-foot condo has two full bedrooms each with king beds, two full baths, living room, fully equipped kitchen, private patio, and washer and dryer all for guest use. New ultra plush pillow top mattresses in the two bedrooms and new leather sleeper sofa in the living room. Recently installed ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, and all new flat panel 4K TV’s installed. Located on the 11th floor, the stunning gulf views and large patio will not disappoint! Our condo is located at the Palms, a resort property that house a newly renovated 11,000 square-foot lagoon style pool, kids pools, splash, pad, and a hot tub all with beautiful tropical landscaping. This is zero entry pool is Destin’s largest lagoon pool! The resort also offers a fully equipped gym, tennis courts, basketball court, indoor Pickleball court, children’s playground and parking garage. Access to these facilities is included with your reservation at no additional fee. *** Please note that our condo and balcony are No Smoking!!! There are designated areas on the property that offer smoking. Do not, under any circumstances smoke in our condo or on the balcony. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $500 fine Marijuana, E-Cigarettes, Vapes, Tobacco. Guest access This is currently easiest to access the beach at Henderson Beach State Park, which is only a two minute drive. The Palms also operate a free shuttle for guest during peak season that stopped at beaches and other points of interest. All guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check into the Palms Unless accompanied by Parents. ID is required at check-in. We provide beach chairs, wagons and coolers located in the master closet and kitchen pantry for guest use at the beach. We also provide beach towels for the guest used during your stay. This must be laundered before check out. If you don’t want to do laundry, please bring your own beach towels to use during your stay. Please note, we will under all circumstances follow our stated cancellation policies. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues, tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel. Our cleaning fee includes our cleaning charge as well as front desk fees.
