Then don't wait any longer and book your time out at Lake Thun now! :) The space The fully equipped kitchen-living room leaves nothing to be desired, whether for quick snacks or elaborate meals. Inside, a light-flooded living room awaits with a large 65-inch TV and Sonos sound system – perfect for exciting movie nights. The sleeping areas offer you maximum comfort: one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a second with two single beds (85 x 195). The Nautica can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The modern bathroom is stylishly furnished and offers a large, walk-in shower that provides soothing relaxation after a long day in the mountains. The spacious terrace with high-end garden furniture and the communal lawn invite you to sunbathe and relax. After a few steps you will also reach the refreshing Lake Thun, where you can cool off, especially in summer. A special highlight is the covered outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal grill, ideal for cozy barbecues in the open air. Your technical equipment is also taken care of: Wi-Fi, a printer and a DVD player offer you flexibility for home office and entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. For electric car owners, a charging station (plug type 2, Tesla Wallbox) is available directly on site. The living room and bedroom, the kitchen as well as the bathroom and a separate toilet are all located on the ground floor. The apartment is easily accessible via an elevator. The beach section and access to the lake is shared with the neighbors. Other things to note ** GOOD TO KNOW ** ** The apartment is for max. 4 people. We ask you to indicate the exact number of people arriving at the time of booking. Thank you! ** 🚿 Note on bathroom use Please make sure that no water gets on the floor outside the shower area. Our bathrooms are not designed to have water running over the floor. Be sure not to install your own hoses or attachments – this is not allowed and will automatically result in the guest being charged for any damage. If water spills, please wipe up immediately to avoid damage. Note: Damage due to improper use (e.g. flooding, water damage to floors or furniture as well as unauthorized installations) will be charged to you in full. ** Use of the washing machine and dryer ** You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. • Detergent is not provided – you will need to bring your own. We no longer supply detergent as we were once accused of causing an allergic reaction. • Please use the machines carefully and leave them clean and dry (e.g. wipe the rubber seal and detergent drawer). • The machines are only for normal household laundry – no carpets, shoes, or similar items. • You can dry your laundry in the dryer or alternatively use the clothes rack provided. • Please also make sure to leave the dryer clean and empty after use. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation so that the appliances remain in good condition for everyone. ** 🐞 Note on insects – nature included 💚 Our apartments are located in some of the most beautiful natural regions of Switzerland – on the lake, in the mountains or surrounded by greenery. With this special location, it can happen from time to time that small visitors from nature also show up. ☀️ Despite thorough and regular cleaning, insects such as mosquitoes, spiders or beetles can get into the apartment – especially in summer or when windows are open. For your convenience, we provide insect spray and, where possible, fly screens. Please note: This is not a sign of lack of cleanliness, but simply part of having nature right outside the door. 🌿 If you love nature, you will feel comfortable with us.
