The Canopy Room

Welcome to the Canopy Room! Enjoy a clean, comfortable stay in a private bedroom with shared bath and full house privileges. Room has TV, mini-fridge, and coffee maker with a table that is large enough for remote work. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, and laundry room are on the main floor. Safe street parking. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, park, and MacLaren Macomb hospital. Home is occupied. Pets okay, but yard is not fenced. No smoking, vaping. Not 420 friendly The space The Canopy Room is a clean, fairly large bedroom, 13x13, in our 3200sf home. We have equipped it with tv, fridge, and coffeemaker. There is a table for working or eating. Large shared bathroom has double sinks. We have supplied a white noise digital clock because this is not a rural area, although it feels like you're up north with the chickens and wildlife out back! It's walking distance to MacLaren Macomb hospital, grocery, coffee, and restaurants. The main floor has an awesome kitchen, equipped with most gadgets. If you want to cook, please do! Aldi and Meijer are walkable and we don't mind sharing basics like seasonings or dry goods. The tv is in the den with cozy couches and blankets. This home is occupied and used like a real house, not just an Airbnb. Our dog is on site often, though not with guests. Guest access The front and bedroom doors have digital access. Each guest is given a unique code. During your stay We are always in and out, but hope to have a coffee together! Other things to note There is no smoking, no strong odors allowed on the property. Absolutely not 420 friendly. We only allow registered guests. Guests must clean up after themselves in shared spaces. House is a split-level: there is no avoiding stairs. So, if you're old like me, make sure you can do stairs, lol! Bedrooms are upstairs and common areas are downstairs. Dogs are in the basement unit or off-site.
