There is a full ensuite bath off the primary bedroom, a 3pc bathroom off the second bedroom and a 2half bath on the main level. The main floor features a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless appliances and solid surface countertops and overlooks the open concept dining/living rooms for seamless entertaining. Large, multi exit series of doors open onto the large private lanai, with hot tub, dining table/chairs and a set of lounge chairs for you to relax. You'll also find a stackable washer/dryer for your personal use. This home is equipped with a fiberoptic WIFI system producing optimal speeds. A starter kit of essentials is provided, giving you the chance to settle in, unpack and relax without worry of kitchen or bath needs for a day or two. Minimum booking age is 25 A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival. Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 6 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 6 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund. We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal. There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs. Please note that our home does have exterior cameras. Within the gated community, we have tennis/pickleball courts, large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don’t have to worry about trekking back to your house for munchies.
