Casa Manuela - Peaceful Downtown Retreat.

Our cozy studio includes a space for 3 adults (comfortable queen and a twin bed), a full bath and kitchen, parking in the driveway. Located within walking distance to St. Augustine's Historic District. The space Quaint over sized Private Studio attached to our 1903 Victorian Home. Our home was featured in the December 2018 Garden Club of St. Augustine Tour of Homes "Christmas in the City of Lights". Featuring refinished original heart of pine wood floors, fully stocked kitchen, private bath, WiFi, Smart TV, and private screened in porch. A gas grill/BBQ is provided for your convenience. The house is equipped with a brand new water purification system. You can drink purified water straight from the tap. The studio sleeps up to three guests. The studio is located within walking distance to all of the historic sights that downtown St Augustine has to offer. Including the Castillo de San Marcos, Spanish Quarter and Museum, Ripleys Believe it or Not, San Sebastian Winery and the Ice Plant distillery. In addition the city offers a wide variety of boutique shopping, live music, antique and Art Galleries and local eateries. Guest access Outdoor patio, and a screened in porch are for guest use. Washer and dryer are available when needed. Other things to note The studio offers off street parking for one car and plenty of street parking for additional guests. There is 24 hour outdoor surveillance. For your safety the studio is sanitized with a UV lamp and ozone generator before guests arrive. There are outdoor cats wandering the neighborhood, some of which we feed.
