The interior of the house is garden walk, with 2 bedrooms: one large with a double bed, a single sofa bed and TV with Netflix, and another mini room with a double bed and TV with Netflix. The house has a small full bathroom, wc and shower. Large living-dining room with lots of natural light, single sofa bed, TV with Netflix and open kitchen to living-dining room. The dining room has a spacious and nice wooden table for 6 people. Both the living room and dining room are surrounded by windows with lots of natural light giving access to the garden and pool, all focused on south facing. The kitchen is 100% equipped with all necessary utensils: coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator and cooking utensils. Outside, there is a WEBER gas barbecue, and a table for 6 with chairs and awning. All focused on the garden and in front of the pool, with ocean and mountain views. The access to the house is made independently with automatic door with code. Free WIFI is available throughout the house. Guest access The house is divided into 2 separate accommodations (one upstairs and the other down), with separate entrances. The house above is not rented, it is from the owners. The area that is rented is the ground floor area, which is the one that has private use of the entire garden area, pool and private sauna. The house is located in the luxurious development of Fontpineda, in an exceptional natural setting where every day you can enjoy fresh air, energy, and peace. In the nearby downtown, you will find all the amenities you need. The house is completely oriented south, guaranteeing sunshine throughout the day. Private barbecue area, swimming pool and sauna for private use. Just 2 minutes from the house is the bus stop, and a playground with soccer and basketball court, all surrounded by nature. There are many trails for hiking, running or biking in the mountains, with great views and vegetation. The house is located just 30min (20 km) from the center of Barcelona, and close to emblematic places such as the Sagrada Familia, Parc Güell, Camp Nou Barça, Montjuïc, Tibidabo, Plaza Cataluña, Playas de arena, and the Aeropuerto de Barcelona. To get around, having your own vehicle is recommended. But it is also accessible by public transportation 10 meters from the house, since the development has bus transport in combination with trains and buses that can take you to downtown Barcelona (30 minutes). Other things to note It is very important to respect the neighbors' rest so after 10:00 PM the volume of noise and music must be taken care of, etc. Parties or celebrations are prohibited. The maximum number of people can be in the house is 6 people. Being a smoke-free space, smoking is prohibited inside the villa but if accepted in the garden.
