This cozy 35m² studio features elegant decor and a fantastic location, close to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants. With an open concept design, the space harmoniously integrates the living, dining, sleeping and kitchen areas. Relax on the comfortable sofa bed with hotel-quality sheets, watch your favorite shows on television, or enjoy meals at the dining table. A door gives access to a balcony, a quiet space to relax. Note: This studio does not have a bed, you will sleep on the sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential utensils, including an electric stove, oven, and coffee machine, so you can prepare your meals with ease. Abundant natural light fills the space, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom has towels and toiletries for your comfort. Professionally cleaned to ensure your well-being, the studio is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator for more convenient access. Happy stay! Guest access Guests have access to entire property Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be asked to verify your identity before entering the property. Check-in can be made from 3:00 p.m., depending on availability and confirmation. Once the reservation is confirmed, guests will need to fill out a guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of 200 euros for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for public utilities with a limit of 80 euros will apply. In the early days, we provide the basic amenities: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and garbage bag. Extra keys: € 20 (pair of extra keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during the stay). Extra cleaning with bedding: the price of a cleaning fee.
