To ensure a pleasant and hassle-free stay, please read the following general conditions. Support Services In-person assistance: Available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Telephone support: Active until 12:00 a.m. For any need or emergency, our staff is at your complete disposal at the times indicated. Check-in and Reporting: Standard check-in: 4:00 p.m. Last-minute bookings: For last-minute bookings (on the same day), check-in may be subject to change. Our team will do their best to ensure the delivery of the apartment as soon as possible Mandatory reports: Any problems or discrepancies in the apartment must be reported within 1 hour of arrival to allow for timely intervention Waste Management - Separate Collection: To preserve our beloved Earth, all the municipalities of Lake Como have arranged for the separate collection of garbage and must be carried out in the following categories: Glass / Plastic / Paper / Undifferentiated Important: Garbage bags are provided only upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased independently by the guest (transparent format, small size). Kitchen Facilities: Each kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher gel (if present in the apartment) Washing machine soap 1 kitchen cloth per stay Note: We DO NOT provide absorbent paper for the kitchen.
