There are steps on the way from the street to the property, as well as inside. There is no garage in the property. We leave the car on a public road or in a setback on the street in front. Guest access The guest has access to the entire space of the property. Other things to note The vacation home in Paraty is a modest house, but very cozy and with an excellent location. When you move into the property, the beds will be lined with fitted sheets and pillows with pillowcases, bathroom with liquid soap and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. I ask please q carry covered , bath towels and face. I don't provide them because I don't live in my house in Paraty, I live in Ubatuba, which makes it difficult to provide these.
