Other things to note OTHER NOTES ABOUT THE HOME ☀ Privacy... Please note that we do have one neighbor on the Northside of the property that frequents their property as well as neighbors to the South. They will respect your privacy and we also ask that you do the same for them (be mindful of using drones, playing loud music, etc...) ☀Steep Cliff Drop Off ...The property fronts the massive Puget Sound and there is a large cliff that exists on the property, beyond the 3 foot high fence in the backyard. However, the fence only encloses the backyard and there would be unobstructed access to the cliff by walking out of the front door and around the house to the back yard. Booking Policies 1. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $90 per stay. No cats allowed. 2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests. 3. A separate rental agreement is required. 4. A security deposit of $100 is required for all bookings, collected separately by the property host.
