Welcome to our large and confortable one bedroom of 56 m2 located in the "Liberation-Borriglione" area, close to all amenities and the tram stop "Borriglione". The space Welcome to our Apartment into a central location, Located on the fifth floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: space, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, closets, bathroom with shower, kitchen open on the living room with dining table and TV. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. There is NO washing machine inside the apartment however it is close to a laundry. This is a no smoking apartment. Access Apartment is ideally located close to the train station Nice-Ville, on the Borriglione avenue at the Borriglione’s tram stop. The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation. Important Notes : The accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
