Located 10 minutes from Parque das Nações in a quiet residential area, the apartment is ideal for those who want to spend time in Lisbon with comfort, tranquility and coziness in a space with everything you need to feel at home. The apartment is home to a young couple, who planned and thought about the space to have everything they need for everyday life, uniting modernity and comfort. We are 10 minutes from Parque das Nações and 20 minutes from Lisbon's historic center. Other things to note For your stay, we provide by default: * Bedding (elastic sheet + duvet cover + duvet); * Bathroom linen (1 bath towel per guest + face towel); * Bathroom mat; * Kitchen cloth. For stays longer than 7 days, we will make an extra bath towel available at no additional cost. For stays longer than 14 days, in addition to the extra towels, we will provide a second set of bedding (elastic sheet + duvet cover + 2 pillowcases), also free of charge, for the guest to manage during the stay. For stays longer than 30 days, extra bath towels will be provided and an intermediate cleaning (bathroom and floor cleaning) will be scheduled, with a change of bed linen included, at no additional cost. For extra linen requests, the following amounts apply: * Bath towel (2x) and face towel (2x): €20 * Sheet (with or without elastic): €10/unit * Duvet with cover: €50/unit ** We do not provide extra pillows. Optional use of a crib for children up to 2 years old with an additional €30 per stay (Charged through the platform). Crib + baby chair set with an additional €45 per stay. Must be requested in advance. We ask that extra linens be requested at least 48 hours in advance to check availability with the laundry staff.
