It is the second artwork after the popular guesthouse 「至の宿」 around Kyoto Station. The space ★ A simple kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooker, kettle, etc. Fully equipped with tableware and kitchenware, you can make your own dishes during your stay. ★A separate restroom with a smart toilet. ★A spacious shower space + connected to a semi-open-air Japanese ofuro. ★A separate wash area with complete toiletries. Also equipped with a washing machine. ★Two Japanese-style tatami bedrooms with two single floor mats in each bedroom, accommodating up to 4 people in total. This is ideal for family outings or for a night out with friends. (The second floor loft is not yet open now) ★The living room is equipped with a large table with comfortable chairs, both office and dining functions. And through the large floor-to-ceiling windows connected to the landscape courtyard, direct sunlight, very suitable for spending a comfortable afternoon. Guest access You can use the whole house during your stay. If there is a shortage of consumables (paper towels, towels, toothbrushes, etc.) during your stay, please contact me first and then get new ones from the warehouse to use. Other things to note 1. The cleaning fee you paid is only a basic cleaning fee, the room will only be cleaned before your stay, if you need cleaning service during your stay, you have to pay extra cleaning fee. 2. No smoking, no pets, no parties 3. [Important] Check-out time [10:00am], late check-out without consent will be subject to the following charges Compensation for missed work of cleaning staff: 5,000 yen per half hour after 10:00 (tax included) 4. There is no electric rice cooker, you can buy boxed rice at the nearby convenience store supermarket, and you can eat it by heating it directly in the microwave, and the taste is no different from ordinary rice. 5. Although we provide simple tableware and kitchenware, we do not provide seasoner. If the previous group of guests leave some clean or unopened seasoner, we will leave them for the next guests to use. However, it is not guaranteed, so we suggest guests who want to use the kitchen to buy seasoner on their own. 6. There is no need to strictly separate the garbage during your stay, just put it in a transparent plastic bag. For short term rentals (less than 3 days), your trash is not too much, just leave it at the entrance and the cleaning staff will pick it up after you check out.
