In spring, we recommend visiting Meguro River to see the beautiful cherry blossoms. 【About the Apartment】 The apartment is on the top floor of a 4-story building with no elevator! Yes, you’ll need to take the stairs… It might be a bit difficult for babies or elderly guests, but it’s perfect for those who don’t mind a little exercise. A private and comfortable space is waiting for you! The apartment has 2 single beds + 2 semi-double beds, accommodating up to 6 guests, but 4 guests is ideal. If 6 people stay, the space may feel a bit tight, so please be aware. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and comfortable! Other things to note Since this property is located in a residential area , please follow these rules: - Keep noise levels low between 9 PM and 8 AM. - Smoking is strictly prohibited. If you smoke in the room, you will be charged 100,000 yen. - Parties and gatherings are not allowed. - No parking is available at the Airbnb. - Shoes must be removed indoors. - If any property is damaged, a fee of ¥30,000-¥50,000 will be charged. - We’ll charge a disposal fee of ¥10,000-¥30,000 for large bulky items like suitcases.” During your stay, there may be external factors such as construction noise in the area, sounds from neighboring residents, or temporary odors.
