We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. - **Room Access**: The room is located on the third floor, accessible only by stairs. Please be aware that there is no elevator. If you have mobility issues, are elderly, or have small children, please consider this carefully. - **No Smoking Policy**: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including common areas, the area in front of the building, the inner balcony, and the balcony. To avoid disturbing neighbors, please use the designated smoking areas. - **Fire Department**: There is a fire station nearby, and sirens may sound during emergencies. We appreciate your understanding. - **Booking Policy**: Airbnb prohibits bookings through any method other than the Airbnb Business Program. Please make reservations only through the account of the person staying. If you must book on behalf of someone else, please inform us in advance. - **Parking**: There is no parking available at the property, and parking is also prohibited on the street in front of the building. If arriving by car, please use nearby paid parking facilities. - **Waste Disposal**: Please follow Japanese rules for proper waste separation. - **Rooftop Access**: Access to the rooftop is not permitted. - **Staircase Access**: The stairways are used by cleaning staff and garbage collectors. Please ensure the door to your room is securely closed. **Penalties** 1. **Overbooking or False Information**: If the number of guests exceeds the reservation or false information is provided, a penalty of ¥5,000 per additional person will be charged. 2. **Exceeded Capacity**: If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, an additional penalty of ¥30,000 will be charged. If discovered during your stay, you may be asked to check out. No refunds will be provided. 3. **Damage to Property**: Any damage to room furnishings may incur a charge equal to the cost of replacing the damaged items with new ones. Please notify us in advance if damage occurs. 4. **Smoking Violations**: Smoking inside the room, on the balcony, or in front of the building will result in a penalty of ¥30,000. 5. **Late Check-Out**: A fee of ¥3,000 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the check-out time.
