Please ensure the door to your room is securely closed. **Penalties** 1. **Overbooking or False Information**: If the number of guests exceeds the reservation or false information is provided, a penalty of ¥5,000 per additional person will be charged. 2. **Exceeded Capacity**: If the number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity, an additional penalty of ¥30,000 will be charged. If discovered during your stay, you may be asked to check out. No refunds will be provided. 3. **Damage to Property**: Any damage to room furnishings may incur a charge equal to the cost of replacing the damaged items with new ones. Please notify us in advance if damage occurs. 4. **Smoking Violations**: Smoking inside the room, on the balcony, or in front of the building will result in a penalty of ¥30,000. 5. **Late Check-Out**: A fee of ¥3,000 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the check-out time.
