The apartment features a charming balcony off the master bedroom and living room, overlooking a peaceful square with a fountain. Please request at least 24 hours in advance. ⏰ Early Check-in / Late Check-out: Available on request, subject to availability, for an extra fee of €40 for 3 hours of 15€ per hour up to 3h maximum. 🅿️ Parking Info: The apartment is on a restricted street where parking is allowed only for registered Cascais residents—guest vehicles cannot park here. Public street parking is available just a 1-minute walk away, and is free from 10 PM to 9 AM where signed. Apartment Details 🏠 The apartment is on the second floor, and does not have an elevator. ❄️ Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living room. 🧺 A washing machine is available in the apartment for your convenience. 🚿 The water heater supports up to 4 quick adult showers in a row, and takes around 40 minutes to recharge. Legal Requirement 🇵🇹 In compliance with Portuguese law, we are required to collect identification details from all guests to complete the SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) form prior to arrival. 🔐 Access to the apartment will only be provided once the SEF form is completed.
