Cozy room in Banqiao

A cozy house that you will live with house owner and a puppy. We will share living room, kitchen and laundry area with you. The living room is kinda big, so you can enjoy eating, drinking coffee or lying down the sofa and watching television. You can clothes, so no need to take dirty clothes back home. You might have to share the bathroom with others guests. The building have elevator, so you don’t have to worry. The space There are many convenient services around 10m to convenience store like 7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life,… 100m to Market like : 24H Carrefour, PX-Mart, Local market sell delicious fruits 100m to bus station 350m to Watsons 1,4km to Banqiao station 1,6km to MRT Fuzhong 1,7km to MRT Xinpu There are many traditional breakfast shops, Western style breakfast shops, brunch, Taiwanese noodles, grilled meat restaurant, Taiwanese Hot Pot that you can explore. Specially, milk tea shops is literally everywhere with variety of brands. Generally, you don’t have to worry about place to eat and drink, cause around our place there are so many places to eat and drink that we can not count There are 3 parks near our place that you could go for a walk, and visit some nearby places like Banqiao 435 Art Zone, Xinyue Bridge Guest access You can : - Use microwave oven, air fryer, fridge, bowl, plate, cup, chopsticks, fork, spoon (GAS STOVE IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO FIRE ISSUE)- Using sofa in the living room - Using the laundry area (THE WHITE WASHING MACHINE ONLY) - Using dining table - Drinking free coffee by using coffee machine - Playing with Heidou PLEASE KEEP COMMON AREAS CLEAN AND CLEANING THINGS AFTER USING IT During your stay We can speak Chinese, Vietnamese and English. If you have any questions, just contact us, we will help you. Also, we can introduce some good local restaurant, and nice place to go out if you have no idea where to go. Other things to note We have a cutie black Shiba named Heidou. He might very excited when welcoming new person so hopefully you will not mad at it. If you are allergic to dog hair, you can skip this room. Floor cleaning robot will do Its job every midday. If you don’t mind, please open the room. If you mind then it’s totally fine, close the door so the robot will not bother you Our place is not allowed to smoke (ALL THE AREAS IN THE HOUSE). If you smoke, the smoke alarm system will sound.
