Bedroom 3: 1 Queen size bed, Closet, Television. Unit A may be booked by other guests during your stay. Both units share access to the pool, cabana, rooftop deck, yard, and beach. Guest access After a guest signs our rental agreement with house rules, etc, and a photo of your ID is uploaded, we provide a guidebook with your personal access code, local attractions, and way more! Other things to note The pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day. Pool heating requests must cover the entire stay. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it’s requested within 72 hours of check-in, a one-time $85 convenience charge will apply. Please note that requests to heat the pool same day as check in may not be at ideal temp by check in time. But it will get there :) The rooftop can host up to 20 people at a time. For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
