Our modern yet cozy 37m² apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the charming city! Just a few steps away, you'll find yourself on Annenstraße, with various shops, restaurants, and tram stops. From there, you can reach both the main train station and the city center in less than 10 minutes. Despite the central location, there is no traffic noise, and you can relax in the small private garden. The space The accommodation offers space for up to 3 guests and is located on the ground floor. Because the apartment is located in the inner courtyard, there is no traffic noise despite the central location. Layout of the apartment: Bedroom with large double bed, living area with fully equipped kitchen and a pull-out couch, anteroom, bathroom and garden Parking space: An underground parking space in the building can be booked for €10 / day on request. Please let us know directly when booking if you would like to reserve a parking space. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the accommodation. Other things to note Tourism Tax and Guest Registration Form In Graz, a tourism or overnight tax must be paid and directly forwarded to the city. This fee is not included in the price and amounts to €2.50 per night per person from the age of 15. Please leave the calculated amount on the kitchen table upon departure—thank you! Additionally, please fill out the guest registration form (name, address, duration of stay, etc.) for the City of Graz. The form is always available on the kitchen table.
