Rooms are keyed for security. There is a common area landing between the rooms self-serve hot/cold beverages and some snacks. Microwave and frig are conveniently available also on that community landing. The hostess loves pets, the "olders", and children but the house is not set up safely for this. Additionally, it's approximately a one-hour drive from the Kansas City MCI airport and just 40 minutes from downtown Kansas City, making it a great location for those seeking a larger urban environment. Baldwin City is also home to the main campus of Baker University. Don't underestimate the surrounding rural agricultural community, which offers a variety of unique events throughout the year.
