This cozy/cool hangout spot has a full awning to shade you from the Florida sun ☀️, a charcoal grill 🍖 is provided, an outdoor dining/seating area, and a private hot tub to relax in behind your privacy fence from the rest of the backyard (total privacy). Stay for as short or long as you like, enjoying the art district for all of the awesome restaurants, breweries 🍻 , bars 🍹, comedy clubs 🎭, and awesome kayaking 🛶, and fishing 🎣 pier all within walking distance! Pet-friendly 🐶 🐱 with provided pet beds! Don’t forget about Canova Beach (a 5 mn drive) a pet friendly beach where your pup can enjoy the ocean. Guest access 🌺 Guests will have access to the RV, a small yard area (fully-fenced and lit) for you and your pet/s 🐕 to hang out with chairs, a hot tub that’s available 365 and 24/7, and a place to grill (two outdoor coolers are also provided), and two designated parking spots. You are welcome to use the laundry area for stays of one week or longer, or request full-service laundry 🧺 $20/load. If you would like to have a campfire 🔥on our side of the backyard, just let us know, and we can help you out if we are home. The pool 🏊‍♀️ is just through the fence, and guests are allowed to use it with respect anytime before 10pm. Please supervise children at all times when utilizing the pool. 🅿️ two off-street parking spots are provided. Other things to note 🚶‍♀️ Only 2 blocks (a very short walking distance) to so many choices of bars 🍹, breweries 🍻, restaurants 🍽️, comedy clubs 🎭, and the entire Eau Gallie Art District 🎨 . It is also a straight shot across the bridge to Canova Park, where you can take your dog 🐕 to the beach 🏝️ and let them run around/play in the water! ☀️ The Eau Gallie Arts District, located where mainland Melbourne meets the Indian River at the 518/Eau Gallie Causeway, is one of the most charming and fun places to visit in Melbourne. The area is home to several art galleries, art-supply stores, restaurants, shops, a park, and the Art Museums/Galleries. If you’re here on the first Friday of a month, you are in for a treat with Friday Fest! 🌼 Eau Gallie seems to always have something going on. There are First Fridays (the first Friday evening of each month), where all the galleries have openings with food and drinks, food trucks arrive, and the park has sports ⚽️ activities and live music 🎶 ; there are frequent weekend festivals (celebrating everything from antiques to local artists, to food trucks); and even when there’s no celebration in place, the area is full of beautiful murals and wonderful art and shops. Some of my favorite spots within walking distance include: 1. Pineapple’s 🍍 (great rooftop bar and food!) 2. Funky dog improv comedy club 🎭 (get your tickets ahead of time) 3. Intracoastal Brewery 🍻 (laid back outdoor vibe and pet-friendly, and lots of seasonal brew choices!) 4. Thrive Local (cute artisan shop of locally made clothes, jewelry, etc.) 5. The RC car track (the Hub) nearby is also my husband’s favorite! 6. Image Design, a new high-end, all-inclusive beauty boutique (massages, nails, etc., all in one place!) For all stays over 30 days, consumables such as toilet paper, dish soap, coffee pods etc. will not be provided by the host.
