Quietly observe the harbour traffic below, whilst savouring a cocktail by your private infinity pool. As well as offering privacy and world-class views, Top Notch View Villa has all the modern amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. These include infinity pool, WiFi, air-conditioning (in all bedrooms), smart TVs, and a Bluetooth music speaker. Guest access The villa is located on the mountain at the end of the road. The last 100 meters to the villa is steep so if you have a scooter we recommend to be experienced driver or park down the road. Other things to note There is ample living space to relax and unwind. Including an outdoor dining area/sun terrace and a modern living space inside complete with large comfy sofas. Top Notch View comes with a well-equipped kitchen that includes a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. Plus a washing machine. However, if you do not want to cook on holiday there are many delivery menus provided so you can order from a large variety of different foods delivered (free) to your door, from 07:00 to 22:00. The quality and variety of global foods on Koh Tao is one of its many attractions. We also provide tea, coffee, milk, sugar and drinking water free of charge. It is a 4-bedroom villa that sleeps up to 8 people. Bedrooms all have king-size beds, air-conditioning and 2 of them sea views. There is 3 bathrooms servicing all bedrooms. The kitchen don't have air-conditioning, but there is a wall fan. Every 2 days our housekeeping staff will come to clean the house and swimming pool, change towels and remove rubbish. Every 4 days we will change bedding too. We supply all guests with bath towels, pool towels and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Guests have access to the whole house. Wild parties and loud musik is not allowed The villa is situated on a steep hill - only rent scooters if you are experienced riders. Otherwise, taxis are easily arranged. Bring your camera/binoculars as this is a great location for photographers and people who like to watch life on the ocean go by.
