Dedicated desk and chair, mini split A/C - Bedroom #3: King bed, walk-in closet, mini split A/C - Full bathroom with 2 vanities/sinks Rooftop: - Patio with seating for 8 people & a Space Needle view House rules: * No parties or events. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $1000. * No smoking or vaping inside/outside the property. Please respect the neighbors. * Please remove shoes inside the house (except in the entryway and on the rooftop) as we sometimes have crawling babies visiting. * No extra/overnight guests. All adult guests in the group must be on the reservation. * No mailbox access. * Turn off all appliances (stove, oven, hair dryer, iron, etc.) when not in use. * Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when on the rooftop. Other things to note * The fireplace is currently unavailable. Please use the mini-split AC unit for heating. * This is a multi-level townhome and the guests have to be comfortable with climbing stairs(44 steps). * We have one attached garage suitable for a mid-size car. Parking space is limited, so please ensure you are comfortable maneuvering in tight spaces. Street parking permits are available upon request.
