The space Cedar House, perched atop a hill in the Central District, is just a short walk from Capitol Hill. This expansive 2,500 sqft home is ideal for a family retreat or a gathering with friends. Guest access We have one driveway with 4 parking spots but it is a tandem driveway and all cars have to be tandem parked. If you don't want to drive, public transport is a 5 minute walk. Other things to note The house is old and we have tried our best to keep the original architecture with modern finishes. It is not a newer built home.
