Big size 1 bedroom self contained-unit in a tranquil neighborhood. Free access to the main lounge & kitchen on the ground floor shared with other guests of the house. You have own private access to the unit . This is a big house with 5 bedrooms. Please check other available rooms under the same house. The space Sleeping arrangement comprises 1 queen-size bed inside the bedroom. Comfortable 4 single sofa beds which also can be combined into 2 king beds to accommodate for another 4 guests in the private lounge of the private unit. Kindly let us know how many beds you need whether twin beds or king beds. Standard queen bed setup for 2 guests and extra bed with linens provided upon request. Guest access You have own living and kitchen in your space plus free access to shared kitchen and TV room of the main house upstairs. We are living on site and visiting the house often. Free access to large kitchen upstairs to share if you would like to do more cooking. Please ask if you would like to do laundry. $5/load for using washer $5/load for using dryer. Other things to note You may hear some sound travelling through walls/floor due to nature of timber house construction. Quiet hours from 11pm-6am is expected for all guests at our house. Please ask for using laundry at extra expense otherwise laundromat is 3-5mins drive from our place.
