The space The master suite is a true retreat, showcasing vaulted ceilings, walk-in wardrobe, luxurious ensuite, and captivating rural views. Head out to the 9 metre, mineral, heated pool in summer, or cozy up in bed and enjoy the stunning views in winter. The home offers four additional generously sized bedrooms, all with built-in storage, plus two extra bathrooms and a large loft fitted with a large TV, toys and a teepee bed. An incredible play space for the little ones! There is also a trampoline in the backyard to burn off some energy. The house has a wood burning fireplace for winter stays, creating an ambience that is hard to beat. Relax on the cosy couch with dinner and wine and settle in for a good movie or simply enjoy the tranquil surrounds of the beautiful and peaceful Southern Highlands. The media room provides yet another sanctuary to sit and chat or let the little ones enjoy a good movie. A gourmet kitchen boats stone benchtops, custom cabinetry, a breakfast island, a butler’s pantry, and premium European appliances. Along with a toaster, kettle and numerous other kitchen items, it is bound to make your stay here seamless. Quality coffee will be provided as well as basics such as sugar, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil. The house is equipped with an 8 zone, reverse cycle fully ducted Air conditioning system for all year comfort. Sheets, pillows and all bathroom necessities will be supplied. Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and cleaning products etc will also be available. Strictly a non-smoking home. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Pets are welcome and the home has a fully enclosed fence. If you do wish to bring a pet, please advise of this request on booking. Guest access Access to the full house and land with the exception of the office and garage. Other things to note Please note - The pool is not available for use during May, June, July & August. The weather becomes too cold to be able to heat the pool during these months. During the months of May, June, July & August, 2 bags of firewood and a bag of kindling will be supplied. If you are wanting additional firewood, this will need to be purchased yourself. Additional guests above the limit of 10 may be considered (please request at time of booking), but please note this will incur an additional charge of $50 per person, per night.
