The space The Circle is a 4-storey old commercial building that was newly renovated. Inside the building, on the first floor, there is a large lobby for guests, restroom and a small elevator for luggage that can carry 200 kilograms or 440 pounds. The M floor is a staff room that provides 24-hour service. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are full-floor accommodation for guests. This room is a suite on the 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms and a 5-foot bed. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms, the first bathroom is in the bedroom and the second bathroom is in the living room in front of the bedroom. The bathroom is a full-size bathroom that separates wet and dry areas. There is 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a sofa bed. Mangkon Road, translating to "Dragon Road," is a significant thoroughfare in heart of Bangkok, deeply rooted in the city's Chinese heritage. Its layout and symbolic name reflect the cultural influence of the Chinese community in Thailand. The dragon road, "head" is considered to be in the area of Thanon Song Wat and Ratchawong Pier not so far from the Chao Phraya river also known as Sampeng market, the key trading area for wholesale and retail of fashion, toy and souvenirs, and therefore a good location for the head of the dragon. The "body" of the dragon winds its way through the heart of the Yaowarat (Chinatown), notably passing Wat Mangkon Kamalawat (Dragon Lotus Temple 龍蓮寺).
