(Note: this room is partially open but features full-length curtains for complete privacy.) Shares a half bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: King bed with desk/office space and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 (Master Suite): King bed, desk/office space, private balcony patio, and en-suite bathroom. Guest access Guest have access to the entire property. Other things to note No Parties or Loud Music: Parties, loud music, and gatherings over 8 people are prohibited unless pre-approved. Violations result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise: Keep noise indoors and reasonable after 9 PM; no outdoor noise or music after 10 PM. Pool and Jacuzzi: Pool heating is $90/day (24 hours' notice required). Jacuzzi use is included. Pool serviced every Thursday. Access and Maintenance: Garage access is not allowed. Trash handled Wednesday; gardening 1st & 3rd Thursdays. Pets and Smoking: Pets allowed with approval ($90/day per pet). Smoking only allowed outdoors ($250 fine for indoor smoking). Damages and Cleaning Fees: $35/towel, $200/sheet or duvet for stains. Excessive mess incurs a $200 cleaning fee.
