Full sized washer and dryer to bring clothes home fresh after your trip. Open plan full kitchen, including all kitchen amenities and many more can be dropped off for you; nearly every kitchen item you could ask for is available! Dishwasher, oven, microwave, dining table for six and excellent queen size pullout couch for extra guests makes the sleeping total up to six. Guest access Your bnb guests have exclusive use of your own pool, jacuzzi and two large yards on this spacious property. It is a double lot, a rare find in our serene sunny neighborhood. The modern designed new build bnb boasts a bbq grill, large space heater, twinkly lights gazebo and Adirondack chairs for relaxing with your coffee, tea, or beverage of your choice during the sunny days and warm evenings. Smoking is permitted anywhere outside. A 40 foot cornhole game throw is fun for little ones and adults alike, or ask for our outdoor darts to liven things up! The gate to the pool can be left open to stroll right in throughout your stay, or closed for children's safety if you choose (and a lock can be provided for toddlers.) Chaise loungers and tons of pool toys, games and floats are provided for the whole family! Pool hours are 9am-9pm. You can spend the day relaxing poolside, or do a beach day or explore downtown or many exciting neighborhoods with local flair. Only twelve minutes to Universal Studio, and central to all kinds of LA sites and activities! Other things to note POOL MAINTENANCE: To keep the pool beautiful, every Friday at some point during business hours, the cleaner will come and freshen up and treat the water. It is ready to use a short time after the refresh! GROUNDS MAINTENANCE: The gardener comes on Thursday morning to keep the plants tidy.
