Welcome to our apartment house! This studio room is among 3 of our rooms listed on Airbnb. We’ve got you covered with complimentary drinking water, housekeeping, shared pantry, wifi and Netflix. Our place is designed to provide our guests a nice, clean, comfy and cozy space to stay during the trip away from home. The location is just 20 minutes away from CBD by skytrain which the station is just 4 mins away on foot. It is a vibrant local community where old-school meets modern lifestyle. Bathroom 2.4 m. x1.6 m. Transportation -Onnut BTS Station is 300 meters away from the property. It takes 4 minutes to walk from the property to the station. Getting to Emquartier is approximately 15 minutes by BTS. -One Bangkok 6.8 km. -BITEC 7.5 km. -Expressway is on the opposite side of the main road -Mega Bangna 13 km. -Central World 14 km. -Icon Siam 21 km. -Suvarnabhumi Airport 34 km. Guest access We would like to welcome you by ourselves but you can choose to get the keys from a key box in stead if it is more convenient for you. CHECK-IN -Please provide us your flight details or the estimated time you will arrive at our place at least 2 days before the check-in date. This is very important to us. -We need to take photos of the ID page of our guests’ passports in order to submit the details to the Immigration Bureau as required by Thai laws. KEYS When you are arrived at our place, you will receive two keys. 1) Key tag x1 You need a key tag to access the main door of the building. But there is no need to use it when you get out. Just wave the censor and the door is unlocked. 2) Keycard x1 The keycard is for accessing your room. ***To check out, just drop both keys in the key drop box on the counter in the lounge*** AREA ACCESS ***Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas and drinking alcoholic beverages is limited only inside the guest rooms.*** Apart from your room, you can use other areas of the building as follow: -Lounge When you enter the main door of the building, this is the lounge area which you can have a seat or have your meal here. -Pantry There is a pantry of the building further inside the lounge just before the stairs to your room. It is equipped with small oven and microwave which you can use. You can get drinking water, snack, dishes and cutlery from here. -Small pebble garden in front of the building PROHIBITED AREAS -Hallway Please do not enter the hallway areas beyond the barriers. -Parking area Please do not wander around as it is in the private residential area. During your stay Text us via Airbnb app or for emergency please call us if you need assistance during your stay. Phone number will be provided 24-48 hours before your check-in. Other things to note HOUSE RULES • No smoking (including using any kind of drugs and the likes, e.g. marijuanas, etc.) in the room or public areas. Violators will be fined 5,000 Baht per day. • Keep the place clean. Be considerate and respectful to the place and other guests. • Remove your shoes inside the room. You can put your shoes in front of your room. • Do not flush any other product apart from toilet tissue down the toilet. • Switch off the air conditioner when there is no one in the room. Do not leave it working when there is no one in the room. • It is not allowed to keep/eat durian in the room or public areas. Violators will be fined 2,000 Baht. • No alcohol drinking in any area except in the guest room. Violators will be fined 2,000 Baht. • Keep the noise down during 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to help keep community’s peacefulness. • Check out time is at 12:00 p.m. every day. Please make sure you drop off your room keycard and key tag at the reception desk before you go. • Late check out without written permission will incur the extra charge of 3,000 Baht per day. Notes: -We put 3 bottles of water in your room when check in. You can get more as you need up to 4 bottles per person per day from the pantry anytime. -Please put the empty bottles and their caps in the provided container for us to collect and send them to recycling facilities. ROOM CLEANING SERVICE We provide room cleaning service every 2-4 days and again at check-out, depends on your nights of stay, day of check-out and our room cleaning schedule. Date and time are to be confirmed. DISH WASHING SERVICE Glasses, cups, saucers and teaspoons x 2 sets are provided in the room and more in the pantry of the building. Notes: -Please put food waste and used dishes in the provided containers in the hallway for us to collect and wash them.
