The condo is close to BTS Saladean and Chong nonsri. Most importantly, you can do Bangkok sightseeing and most activities by BTS&MRT. No need Taxi. This is the prime location is Bangkok. There are 2 BTS skytrains and 1 MRT subway within 10 minutes walk. Si Lom has night market called PATPONG and tons of night and day activities! = ) The space My place is located right is the center of Bangkok city, my place is not facing the main road and even this is a CBD area and heart of the city, surprisingly my place is very quiet at night or daytime. You will have entire place at your own privacy all during your stay. This is a luxury and cozy condo for 2 persons. The unit comes with engineering wooden floor. The kitchen is black tile flooring. Both living room and bed room comes with blackout curtains, for those who enjoy the late wake up. The unit has many windows. You can enjoy the Si lom Bangkok city view. Si Lom is a busy area for business, shopping, lot of financial buildings, fitness, shopping malls, main transportation lines and ton of activities right in the heart of Bangkok city. Short and long term stay or honeymoon vacation is worth a stay. Within 2-3 nights you can reach every corner of Bangkok from this super location. From my place to bus terminal, Sukhumvit rd. or any major places in Bangkok will take you effortless to reach there. Guest access Please kindly pick up the room key card at the address in the conversation. It is located across of the KLASS condo. There will be me or other assistants wait for your arrival. All you need is a key card for entering the main access and your room even elevator. There is 24hrs security at the main gate. just to remind you losing the key card is 1000baht. Deposit 1000baht keycard upon check in. Other things to note A cleaning service will come the day you leave (check out). If you would like to have room cleaning during your stay, there is 600baht charge. This included entire place cleaning up, empty trash cans, change bed sheets, all the covers and towels. They will clean the room, change the bedding, towels and wash the dishes. For kind courtesy, please tidy up kitchen before you leave. If you are renting long-term and would like the room cleaned periodically please contact me and I can arrange it. This is come with the charge (600baht/time). For cleaning it takes 1 hour.
