Completed in 2024, the Arts District Guesthouse is fully furnished, net-zero, standalone, and opening up to a tree-filled garden. Only blocks away from Culver City's Downtown, the Arts District, parks, and the Helms Bakery complex. Served by bus, light rail, bike paths and lanes, and the freeway. World Cup soccer/football fans find the location ideal! We offer free use of tennis racquets or pickleball paddles for play at a nearby park. Accommodates 2 people. No pets or smoking, please. The space The Guesthouse is equipped with a full kitchen with dishwasher, a venting microwave, induction range, toaster oven, and a complement of cooking essentials. The dining table seats 4, and the living area has a loveseat sofa and a smart TV. The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the unit and opens up to a private outdoor patio surrounded by fully grown trees. There's also a work desk with wired and wireless fiber internet access. The whole unit has heat and air conditioning. Guest access Entry will be via an electric lock with a keypad. I'll give you the access code once your reservation is set. Other things to note Please note that a carbon monoxide detector is not installed because the property does not use any fossil fuel energy sources. The stove has an induction electric cooktop and therefore does not emit carbon monoxide. The space heating system is an all electric heat pump mini-split and therefore does not emit carbon monoxide either.
