Guest access Rent the entire unit Other things to note Onsite coin operated laundry is located behind the office. We do charge a $150 non-refundable pet fee for PRE-APPROVED small, well behaved dogs. We do NOT allow cats at all! This is in addition to the rental fee and will need to be paid prior to check-in. No pets on the furniture and please kennel them if they are left for more than 2 hours at a time alone.
