ML04 - Superb T2 apartment on first floor with large terrace The space Just 400 meters from the beach, this bright 47 sqm apartment, fully equipped, is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It features one bedroom with a 140 × 190 cm double bed, as well as a sofa bed of the same size in the living area, providing additional sleeping space. All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently and includes a dishwasher, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, an oven, and a fridge with freezer. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a toilet. Outside, the large terrace is perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the mild Mediterranean climate. For year-round comfort, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi. You also have access to the shared swimming pool, used by residents of Marina Lodge, open from June 1st to September 30th, for refreshing moments throughout the summer. A private parking space is reserved for the apartment in the residence’s private parking area. For added convenience, a drop-off zone is located directly in front of the residence, making it easy to load or unload your vehicle. The RIBOLEYS team provides a welcome kit for your arrival, including dish towels and microfiber cloths, a new sponge, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and a bath mat, so you can settle in comfortably from the moment you arrive. The RIBOLEYS team will welcome you directly at the property to hand over the keys and will remain available throughout your stay. Guest access The flat has a single parking space at the entrance to the residence, a shared bicycle storage area and a practical ‘drop-off’ area for unloading luggage! Other things to note During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday. A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival. Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels. You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay. Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional. However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 84 € TTC. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August. If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys. Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
