The Las Olas complex consists of two blocks of a high six-storey building with a lift, located just sixty metres from the sand in the northern area of Xeraco beach, at Avda. de la Mota No. 35. In the vicinity, guests will find several restaurants and other services. It is a quiet and family-friendly area, with little traffic and guaranteed rest. The residential complex offers extensive landscaped common areas, a tennis court, and a communal swimming pool with Venetian steps and a small, shallow children's pool. Some units include a covered parking space. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom), with a fortnightly bed linen change. Guests are recommended to bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. Pressure cooker, blender or mixer, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public Wifi service throughout Xeraco beach, although service is not guaranteed inside the apartments. Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, vehicle access is recommended to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland, the latter being very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, stands out for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found. Fishing can also be practised on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
