If you want to buy your own groceries and supplies it is only 2 blocks to Walmart or 3 to Mega Mart. You are half a block from the municipal park where many music festivals and celebrations are hosted including beautiful light displays at Christmas and Carnival. In your rental are two passes to the BWell gym located in the building to use as often as you want during your stay. The space This newly renovated penthouse condo has 1 bedroom with a king size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living area to sleep up to 4 guests. The bedroom has a small outdoor area and a large walk in closet with a safe to secure your valuables. In suite, you will enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with full size fridge as well as stove top, oven and dishwasher as well as all the dishes, small appliances and cookware you will require if you wish to prepare your own meals. The dining room and living area lead to a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee. Your condo has in suite laundry. On the upper level of your condo is the private rooftop in which you will enjoy your own barbeque, sink and prep area, a private jacuzzi tub and room for dining, tanning or just relaxing with a cool drink. Guest access The building features a shared roof top with a pool, hot tub and hammock and tanning areas. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. The building also has a garden area for quiet relaxation or meditation. One underground parking space is included in your rental. The building has an elevator with access to all levels. In your rental are two passes to the BWell gym located in the building to use as often as you want during your stay. If you need gym access for more than 2 people it is available at an extra price. Other things to note We're dedicated to making your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. From arranging special requests to coordinating excursions, transfers, and restaurant reservations, our team is here to assist and accommodate your every need. To ensure transparency, please note that your stay includes 20 KW per night. Any usage beyond this will incur an additional charge of $8 MXN per extra KW. You'll have access to the meters at any time to monitor your usage. This measure is in place to encourage energy efficiency and prevent unnecessary consumption when the AC or lights are not in use. The cleaning fee you paid is to clean the accommodation upon your departure. In case you require additional cleaning during your stay, these have an extra cost and are subject to availability. please check with the concirge at least 1 day before. There may be external noises at certain times of the year due to nearby events by municipal personnel.
