Living room with sofa bed, can accommodate up to 3 people. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, with a bathtub and shower area. 24-hour hot water and Wi-Fi are available. Room cleaning and linen and towels change is 700 baht per time. Please notify the Host one day in advance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, swimming pool, gym and all other common facilities Other things to note Tips • Water and electricity are included in the room rate. • Daily cleaning and towel changes are not included in the room rate. Housekeeping services are available at 700 Baht/time (including towel and bedding changes). • No smoking and durian in the room, please smoke on the balcony. • Large trash bins are located at the entrance to the first floor bathroom, please dispose of large trash in the designated location. • Lost key card replacement fee of 500 Baht. • Do not flush toilet paper, tissues, or other debris down the toilet. A 2,000 Baht repair fee will be charged for damage caused by clogging. Reminder: There is currently municipal/construction work across the street from the property. The work is during the day and there may be some construction noise at certain times. The room is equipped with soundproof windows + air conditioning, the impact will be significantly reduced after closing the windows.
