Two outdoor areas have been created: • A relaxation area with garden furniture and deckchairs to enjoy the calm and the view • A dining area with a large wooden table, benches, and a barbecue. Inside, the villa (99 m²) features a large, air-conditioned living room measuring 43 m², bathed in light thanks to the large openings to the outside. The living room, dining area, and open-plan kitchen with central island create a welcoming and comfortable space, perfect for gatherings with family or friends, with direct access to the terrace and pool. The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people: • Master bedroom with double bed, private ensuite bathroom, and access to the terrace • A second bedroom with a double bed • A third bedroom with two bunk beds, ideal for children A second modern bathroom and a laundry room complete the villa.
