The space The rooms are spacious. Two of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and one with a bunk bed (two 90 cm beds). The latter has a bathroom with access from the hallway. All bedrooms have a large capacity closet and hangers. All beds are dressed with sheets and winter or summer duvet, depending on the season. The two main bedrooms have direct access to the back terrace. The three bathrooms have a large shower, toilet and sink with storage cabinet. There is a hairdryer and first aid kit in the bathroom that is accessed from the hallway. In all bathrooms there is hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, as well as towels and toilet paper. In the living-dining room there is a sofa with a chaise longue, TV with Netflix and a table and chairs for 6 guests. All bedrooms and the living room have cold/heat air conditioning by splits. It also has Wi-Fi. The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped, with a built-in dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob… apart from a small appliance (toaster, juicer, blender and Nespresso coffee maker) and a lot of storage. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools. The washing machine is outside on the back terrace. It has a folding clothesline. The terrace furniture consists of a dining table for 6 people and two armchairs with a coffee table. The house complies with the required safety and accessibility regulations, so it has a fire extinguisher next to the entrance, access ramp, special door widths and a walk-in shower and folding screen in one of the bathrooms, as well as a safety device (acoustic-light signal) to warn in the event of an accident. Guest access The ground floor is entirely for the use of guests, both the interior and the back terrace, but respecting the house rules and hours of silence so as not to disturb the rest of the neighbors.
