Located in the immediate vicinity of the university, our apartment is on the ground floor except for one step and therefore easily accessible. Perfect for small groups or families looking to explore the city! The space When you enter the apartment, you will find an open kitchen and a bright wardrobe area. If you continue towards the living and sleeping area, you will get a stylishly furnished room that leaves nothing to be desired. From a cozy sleeping corner to a comfortable dining area, the apartment invites you to great stays. The cozy and appealing bathroom completes the whole thing. Guest access You have access to all areas in the apartment. There is also a usable terrace from spring, which is currently not usable due to the weather. Other things to note Parking is only available on public roads. There is no separate parking space for the apartment.
