Welcome to our cozy 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area, and in-home laundry. A beautiful park and bike path just across the street are perfect for walks or cycling. We love to host wonderful people and make you feel comfortable in our shared home with our family of three working professionals and our affectionate kitten, Ash 🐾. Occasionally, another guest may stay in the spare room. The space Location • Great location - 8 minutes to Casuarina squire with a large food court, cinema, restaurants and shops for everything you need. • North lakes shopping centre 5 minutes away. Leanyer recreation/water Park 5 minutes away, crocodylus park 3 minutes away. • 8 minutes to Darwin airport. • 11 minute drive to the Gateway shopping centre. • Only a 13 minute drive to the beautiful Darwin waterfront and Darwin City. • An approx. 15min drive from the Mindil Beach Casino, Mindil Beach Markets, the Darwin Entertainment Centre. • Only just an hour drive to the spectacular Litchfield national park for endless waterfalls and beautiful views over the escarpments. Parking Parking space available right in front of the house, on street parking lot. The house is approximately 10–15 minutes by taxi or Uber from the airport, depending on traffic. Simply provide the driver with the full address. The nearest bus stop is about a 5-minute walk from the house, with services connecting to Darwin City and Palmerston. Guest access • Private, cozy room with a double bed and a common bathroom right next door (ideal for one guest). • Fully air-conditioned for comfort. • Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and basic pantry items provided. • Access to washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry detergents.
