The space In front of the house lies the tranquil Kamogawa sea, where you can enjoy walks, marine sports, and sunbathing year-round! It's only a 20-step walk to Maruki, a super famous surfing mecca! Free parking is available on the premises, making it convenient for guests arriving by car. A 20-minute walk takes you to the popular Kamogawa Sea World, where both children and adults can have a fun-filled day. It is within walking distance or a 2-minute drive to Kameda General Hospital, one of Japan's leading general hospitals. The location is convenient for visiting patients or visiting patients, as well as for long-term treatment, accompanying guests, and medical professionals. The house features a 1LDK layout with a full kitchen, spacious bathroom, toilet, and washbasin. Two air conditioners ensure a comfortable stay. A supermarket and convenience store are just a 3-5 minute drive away, and there are local diners within walking distance, making it very convenient. The guest's room is located on the second floor and has a separate entrance accessible directly from the outside, ensuring complete privacy. The living room, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are all exclusively for guest use and are not shared with the owner, so you can rest assured of your privacy. Feel free to use the entire guest room as you wish. I kindly ask that you lightly wash and dry any dishes and cookware you use. I hope you will treat the place with the same care as you would your own home. During your stay At the back of the surf shop on the first floor, I, the owner Miho, reside. If the timing is right during check-in, I’d be happy to meet you and explain the room details. However, rest assured that your privacy will be respected. There is a door with a lock on the staircase leading to the first floor, ensuring your privacy. Please feel free to ask me any questions about recommended nearby restaurants, local attractions, or surfing. I'm here to help! During late-night or early morning hours, please keep noise to a minimum. Other things to note I flexibly accept check-ins from 3 PM onwards. However, if you will be arriving late at night, please let me know in advance. I do not usually provide luggage storage. However, you can leave your luggage in the room after the previous guest has checked out. Please discuss this with me in advance. I cannot store valuables as they may cause issues. Please keep your valuables with you. To avoid trouble with neighbors, please refrain from hosting parties or gatherings. I kindly ask you to keep noise levels down after 9 PM and in the early morning. The balcony does not have a roof, so please avoid using it during rainy or stormy weather. According to the Hotel Business Act, I need to collect the name, occupation, and address, For foreign nationals who do not hold Japanese citizenship, I require the passport number and country name. Please send the required information via message or email. This information will be kept for three years and then properly disposed of. I provide one parking space per guest, but as it is also used by customers of the surf shop, we would appreciate your flexibility. Registration Details M120043167
