NEW YEAR'S EVE MINIMUM 4 NIGHTS. Studio located in the middle of the Atlantic Forest. It has 24m2 of indoor area, connected with the outside through large sliding doors. PLEASE NOTE: I AM NOT PROVIDING BED/BATH LINENS It occupies approximately half of the 800m2 plot, with Casa na Mata, rented separately, located in the back. It is perfectly integrated into nature, but it is not isolated. It is located in an urban area, with neighbors on a quiet, paved street, 10 minutes from the beach, walking distance. The space ATTENTION: the studio is very simple, it is NOT in a condominium. The kitchen and bathroom are basic. The only luxury is nature. Very simple/rustic space but fully integrated with nature. Super quiet, 10 minutes from the beach on foot. I provide a beach chair/sun umbrella. DURING THIS PERIOD, I AM NOT PROVIDING BED/BATH LINENS Other things to note *I AM NOT PROVIDING BED/BATH LINEN AT THIS TIME. *220V OUTLETS ATTENTION THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ATLANTIC FOREST, THE SURROUNDING AREA IS HUMID, ESPECIALLY IN THE SUMMER, DURING THE RAINY SEASON. ALTHOUGH THE CLEANING IS IMPECCABLE, IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO MOISTURE/MITES THIS MAY BE A PROBLEM.
