The space The suite is fully self-contained with a private entrance located at the back of the house, accessible via the front of the house or the alley. Comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. THE PROPERTY The suite is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, plus radiant floor heating throughout, and air conditioning for added comfort. Living Room: • Leather sofa • Smart TV • Dining table with seating for three Bedroom: • Queen-size bed (sleeps 2) • Closet with hangers and shelving • Twin mattress stored under the bed for a third guest (to be used on the floor) Bathroom: • Shower with chrome finishes and handheld spray • Fresh towels and essential toiletries Kitchenette: • Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, and other basics • Plates, silverware, pots, and pans Parking is available on the South side of street. Do not park on North side of street, or where the street signs indicate “Residents Only” as you may get a ticket. There is 2 hour free parking on South side of Street and along Ash street. We have parking available - if you require onsite parking, please let us know to accommodate. Please note: This suite is part of our family home but is fully private and separate. We live upstairs with our three children and a dog. As is with most homes, while the walls are well-insulated and we do our best to minimize noise, some sound may carry. Thank you for your understanding! Guest access Keyless entry with a keypad (with option to use a key) - your code will be provided prior to check-in. This garden-level suite is located on the ground floor of our family home, with no stairs inside. It features a secure, separate entrance for your privacy and convenience, with self check-in and check-out. We recommend using the private entrance/gate via the back lane for added privacy. Other things to note • We’d appreciate it if you could let us know your expected arrival time. • No pets allowed. • No parties or events We kindly guests to please remove shoes in the suite as the hardwood floors stain and scratch easily.
