Basement: 4 queen beds and 1 bunk bed (full-size bottom, twin-size top) Main Floor: 1 queen bed with a full bath Second Floor: 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed (full-size bottom, twin-size top) along with a full bathroom Master Suite: 1 King bed, en-suite bath, loft area with stairs leading to it, and an additional queen-sized bed Other things to note NO SMOKING: Smoking inside the house will incur a cleaning fee of up to $150. NO PETS: Unauthorized pets will result in a $150 cleaning fee and possible eviction. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Minimum age of 18 required for booking. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No large gatherings, parties, or events are allowed. QUIET HOURS: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Respectful noise levels are required. FIREARMS & FIREWORKS: Firearms must be locked in your vehicle during your stay. Fireworks are prohibited. CHILDREN: This home is not childproof. Please supervise children, especially around the stairs, cliffs, and wooded areas. ROAD CONDITIONS: The road leading to the retreat is gravel and can be steep in some areas—drive cautiously, especially during inclement weather. OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Please be aware of potential wildlife in the area. We recommend staying on marked paths when hiking and being cautious near cliffs. PARKING: There is ample parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please park in designated areas only.
