This area offers a excellent recreational, dining, and shopping options all within a short golf cart ride! *See our Guidebook for nearby restaurants, country clubs, golf and recreation centers* *The closest town squares are Brownwood Paddock Square- 5.0 miles and Lake Sumter Landing- 5.3 miles *The closest golf course is Volusia Executive Golf Course- 1.2 miles and the closest practice course is Sarasota Golf Practice Center- 1.3 miles *The closest recreational center is Charlotte Adult Pool and Recreation- 0.6 miles Guest access You will have access to the entire home and property less one locked owner's closet. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We require a signed rental agreement and a copy of your ID to finalize your reservation. Small dogs under 35 pounds preferred. Due to owner's extreme allergies, NO cats are allowed. Guest ID passes for access to The Villages amenities (golf, pools, rec centers, etc.) must be requested at least a week prior to arrival, and require an additional payment of $50.00. These are only available for stays of 3 days or more. A golf cart is provided with this rental. You are responsible for proper use of the golf cart and any damages that incur during your stay. Please follow the instructions for use provided to you at the property. We ask that you return the golf cart full of fuel to avoid additional refuel charges.
