Our Cozy Tiny House

Believe it or not, this 2 bed/ 1 bath, family-friendly, gem of a place once housed 2 adults and 7 kids! We have fond family memories here as we lived in it while building it up. The space Welcome to our cozy tiny home centrally located near Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Daytona, natural wildlife centers, and beaches. A One-of-kind find here in the Space Coast. With easy access to I-95, 528, US-1, and *NASA, * we know you'll love this charming home. Minutes away from various recreation spots on the Indian River, beaches, and 15 min from Cocoa Beach. For those coming to Florida for fishing, boating, beaching or Indian river recreation, this is the perfect location! THE SPACE The house is a manufactured home completely renovated by the current owners to fit their family of 9. Yes, 2 adults and 7 kids fit inside this home! House is definitely set up for families, big or small, with twin bed, extra trundle, futon couch, and a queen master bedroom. Pack-n-Play crib for babies and portable tub also available upon request. House is also pet friendly! We kindly as you are diligent in picking up after your pet. Please keep this house tidy and beautiful for the next guests. There is a creek behind the house where the water level fluctuates. PLEASE stay out of backyard to prevent anyone/anything from falling in the water. There is a playground in the front yard that we built for our kids. We are happy to have your kids play in it as well. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK! The back building is a garage converted into 2 other rooms. One room is rented as well, and the other is used for storage. Our laundry room is also located in the back. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have the entire house and front yard for use. The 32 ft travel trailer (that sits on the driveway) is what we lived in while we renovated this house. We now rent/manage it on Airbnb and Vrbo. We kindly ask to not disturb guests who might be staying in there. The driveway is a shared space. Please be considerate. Park anywhere, just don't block anyone else in. The backyard is currently under construction. CLEANING We take pride in making sure our home is immaculate before your arrival. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed in this cozy space. All surfaces are sanitized with disinfectant after each guest. Linens, towels, sheets are all changed and laundered. Other things to note NASA & KENNEDY SPACE CENTER You can see the rocket launches CLEARLY right outside the front door. The only way you won't see it is if the sky is cloudy. No matter what, you can feel the RUMBLE! Keep in mind rocket launches happen almost once a week, sometimes twice. The times fluctuate, so do not be surprised if you are WOKEN UP by a launch. Think of it as a glorified alarm clock.
