Guest access The entire apartment is at the complete disposal of guests; The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a building with an elevator; The building has a parking area. Guests can use a private parking space free of charge; Your furry friends are more than welcome! We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly; Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and will incur a fine. Smokers can use the outdoor balcony. Other things to note - The bathroom is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will be ready for the Winter 2025–2026 season (new photos coming soon). - Luggage storage available upon request; - Complimentary bed linen and towels, and a welcome kit provided by the house; - The check-in process is facilitated by our Self Check-in system: Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link with instructions on how to verify your identity and register your documents (ID or Passport), as required by Italian law. You can complete the process at your convenience before the check-in day. Once the procedure is completed, you will receive the necessary information to easily access the apartment on your arrival day; - Similarly, on the day of departure, you can check out independently; -Waste disposal is the guest’s responsibility.
