This stay features ample dining and seating to gather everyone together for a lovely dinner or fun movie night in! Cooking in this house is a pleasure with new appliances and all the gadgets necessary to make delicious home-cooked meals. Across the 4 bedrooms, this quaint home comfortably sleeps 9 guests and can accommodate 11 with additional sleep options if needed (sleeper sofa, crib, etc). The well-appointed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for a restful night's sleep on plush beds with hotel quality linens. All bathrooms are well stocked with soaps, shampoos, and fluffy towels to create calming and spa-like experiences for our guests. Each and every room has been thoughtfully designed to reflect the character and heritage of the home, ensuring a unique and memorable stay for guests of all ages. The home has blazing fast G-Fiber Internet which provide a seamless digital experiences for our guests and make telework, streaming movies, and accommodating multiple devices a breeze. The home comes stocked with kids plates/utensils, books/games, a high chair, outside toys, and portable crib and bedding which melt the stress away for our guests visiting with young children. A standout feature of this Airbnb is the expansive backyard which is perfect for relaxation and play. Whether you're enjoying a leisurely morning coffee on the spacious patio, organizing a delightful family gathering, or simply unwinding amidst the lush greenery and mature trees, the large backyard and patio areas combine to create a serene oasis in the heart of the city. Outside games include corn hole and horse shoes. Additionally, the home features a lovely wrap around front porch which is a great spot to soak in the neighborhood and watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The Hinckley House is ideal for gathering friends for a Salt Lake getaway or reuniting family in conjunction with special events. Guest access The space: You will have full access to the entire property including the house, with a private driveway with off-street parking with garage, and a private fully fenced backyard. Home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer and available to guests for personal laundry. The two-care garage provides ample space to keep your vehicles out of the weather or conversely offers a large area on the store skis or bikes or even provide covered parking for the toys you bring along on your adventure. Other things to note ***Early Check-In or Late-Check Out may be accommodated and coordinated during Booking. The fee is $25 *** Pets: We’re dog people! Dogs are part of the family and should tag along, of course. Please, no cats (severe allergies). We have a dog dishes, PAWS blankets, and a pet door that directly accesses a fully enclosed yard for your four legged friends to use during your stay! 2 dogs max. Please discuss pets ahead of time when making the reservation (brief description— breed, size, age, and personality) There is a pet fee of $125 paid with the initial reservation, so please add "pets" to your reservation request. This ensures the removal of all pet hair from furniture and upholstery and allows for deeper clean upon your departure.
